Mid America Lodge is at 12910 S442 Rd in Locust Grove, off Highway 412. The MidAmerica Industrial Park is about 20 minutes out — 80-plus companies, roughly 4,500 jobs, with Google’s Pryor Data Center inside it. Walmart, Tractor Supply, Dollar General, Maverik and Mazzio’s are under 10 minutes away in Locust Grove. Tahlequah is 35 minutes for NSU, Cherokee Nation and the hospital; Tulsa is 50, straight down 412. Lake Hudson and Grand Lake o’ the Cherokees are the two lakes people drive out here to fish.
Every site has water, sewer, and 20/30/50 amp electric, so a 50-amp rig plugs in without an adapter. The back-ins are level and shaded by mature oaks, satellite-dish friendly, with a picnic table at the site. Laundry, public showers and a bathhouse are on site, and there is a fishing pond. $450 a month covers a full-hookup site for contract and construction hands on assignment at the Industrial Park and the data center; if your assignment is shorter, a week is $150 and a night is $40. Pet friendly, no breed restrictions — leashed, and pick up after them.
